Leave it to Father Time to take the pizzazz out of Pink Floyd. They all look the same! All grey with the same kind of wardrobe. They were so individual as youngsters. I mean....

YOUNG ROGER: Wild, scary, lurchy noodle boy with an extreme face, extreme persona, long wild hair, head to toe black & basically a wild scary bad boy bouncing all over the place.
OLD ROGER: Gentlemanly-looking Richard Gere-Randolph Mantooth clone. Tries to ape the "Young Roger" but just looks goofy.

YOUNG DAVE: Luscious sexy hunk with endless waves of long golden locks, fabulous rocker looks but with serious greasiness issues (may or may not be bearded, but looked like a proto-Travis Fimmel/long-haired Leonardo DeCaprio).
OLD DAVE: Bald, doughy Winston Churchill clone with a goofy Ron Popiel smirky-smile.

YOUNG RICK: Lovely, prim-faced cutie with long blond hair (may or may not be bearded).
OLD RICK: Average, prim-faced middle-aged guy (who is now desceased).

YOUNG NICK: Dark haired, mustached (and sometimes bearded) fun-loving boozer, very "hairy-hippie"-looking, hates piecrust.
OLD NICK: Old balding, clean-shaven, portly guy. Looks a tad like a present-day Eric Idle (as opposed to the young, slim, long-haired cutie Eric Idle).

YOUNG SYD: Beautiful psychedelic Piper! Manic proto-Gothy Madcap! Rail-thin, sexy, androgynous, eccentric, beautiful Bishie boy with wild dark tresses & HUGE khol-lined, cat-like Cleopatra eyes! Otherworldly! Tragic! Magic! Beautiful! Sensual! Unnaturally & heartbreakingly entrancing & beautiful! A WILD BOY!
OLD SYD: Reclusive bald, doughy old man, puttering in his garden (has since joined Rick in the hereafter...or rather, Rick joined him).
